The Villas
The Villas at Sunnyside provide a majestic view of the Skyline Drive and Massanutten Peak and offer spacious floor plans to meet individual preferences. There are 30 Village villas and five floor plans that range from 1,774 to 2,755 square feet. Each villa offers a master suite with a walk-in closet and private bath, garage, vaulted ceilings and fans, custom cabinetry, central air, and a great room.
The Highlands
The Highlands offers residents a variety of living choices from studio to master suite apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave, range, garbage disposal, custom cabinetry, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Washers and dryers are available in most apartments. The bathrooms are handicap accessible and include seated showers. Each Highlands apartment has a balcony or a patio. In addition, there are many on-site services such as a salon, exercise facility, dining, and more.
The Village Cottages
We have 48 single family homes in our Village community. These cottages are all two bedroom homes with modern updated kitchens that are fully equipped with appliances. Aside from the customary rooms, most cottages have at least one and a half baths with the option to add a second bathroom. All of our cottages have covered parking with all lawn care and home repair work as a provided service.
The Glen
Sunnyside's newest addition of 90 single family homes offers cottages, villas, and one-level town homes in fourteen different floor plans ranging in generous sizes up to 2,755 square feet. Many of the homes feature luxurious upgrades such as granite counter tops, wood floors, skylights, and four season sun rooms. All homes in the Glen include a garage as well as lawn care and home repairs.
